I. TERMS OF USE
Welcome to www.citychain.com. This Website is operated by City Chain Company Limited. We provide you with the Services strictly subject to these Terms of Use so please read them carefully. By accessing and browsing this Website, you accept and consent to these Terms of Use. We may amend these Terms of Use and other rules and policies relevant to the use of this Website without prior notice. Your continuing use of the Services will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.

The following commonly used terminology at this Website:
a. “Affiliates” mean in relation to us, another company that is a direct or indirect subsidiary of, or a direct or indirect holding company of, or another direct or indirect subsidiary of such a direct or indirect holding company of us;

e. “Intellectual Property Rights” mean all copyrights, design rights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, know-how, “look and feel” of this Website and its content (visual and aural) and other intellectual property rights (whether registered or unregistered) and any applications for any of them and any rights of any such nature anywhere in the world;
f. “Member” means a member of the City Chain Membership Programme;
g. “Net Price per Unit” means to the Selling Price of each unit of Product after apportioning(where applicable) and deducting discounts, promotions or other price reductions offered by us;
h. “Order” means an order for Products placed by you and allocated an order number by us;
i. “Personal Data” means personal data defined in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Cap. 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong;
j. “Products” mean the products made available to you at this Website;
k. “Selling Price” refers to the price of each Product as listed on this Website;
l. “Registration Details” mean the information you supply to us when you use the Services;
m. “Services” mean the services made available to you at this Website, and incidental services, like after-sales, payment processing and shipping;
n. “Stores” mean physical retail store or stores operated by us or our Affiliates and who are our authorised retailers;

2. PRICING AND DISCOUNTS
All prices listed here apply to purchases at this Website only. All other non-website discounts or promotions which are not available through this Website are not valid for purchases.
We may vary the prices at this Website at any time without prior notice.
3. PERSONALUSE
All Products sold are for personal use only. Material and information posted on our Website are for personal use only. No re-sale or other commercial use is allowed.
4. WHEN WEACCEPT YOUR ORDER
We reserve the right not to accept Orders for Products or Services. By registering and completing the Purchase Procedure, you offer to purchase our Products. We will send you an Order Acknowledgement by e-mail to acknowledge your Order. However, this is not an acceptance of your Order. We will only send you an Order Delivery Notification of your Order once we have checked availability of stock and carrier service.
5. TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss and title for Products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
You acknowledge and agree that all Intellectual Property Rights that vest in the original works comprised within the Services or ancillary to it are owned buys, or are licensed to us by third parties. We reserve all Intellectual Property Rights in the Services, including but not limited to the contents of this Website and the domain name www.citychain.com. Your use of the Services does not entitle you to claim ownership of any Intellectual Property Rights in the Services or this Website.

Express, and Easyship Fulfillment Services Ltd (“Easyship”) and insurance and courier companies. 16. CUSTOMER’S REPRESENTATIONS AND OBLIGATIONS
You warrant and represent to us that (i) you have the authority and legal capacity to agree to these Terms of Use; (ii) the personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; (iii) you will notify us immediately of any changes to your personal information by contacting customer services at cs@citychain.com; (iv) you will comply with all applicable agreements, law, statutes, ordinances and regulations with regard to the use of the Services; (v) you will not introduce any malware to this Website and (vi)you will not introduce any material that is unlawful, defamatory, indecent, obscene or abusive in any way. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name you are not authorised to use. You agree to notify us of any actual or suspected misuse of your User ID and Password. You agree that we may deny access to the Services if we know or reasonably suspect that your User ID and / or Password is being misused.
17. CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL (FORCE MAJEURE)
a. We shall not be liable to you for any breach, hindrance or delay in the performance of our provision of Service attributable to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation:
(1) Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action.
(2) Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
(3) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.
(4)Impossibility or severe disruption of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
(5)Impossibility or severe disruption of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.
(6) The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government, shipping, postal or other relevant transport strike, failure or accidents.
(7) Failures of the internet or any public telecommunications network, failures of our hosting provider, hacker attacks, denial of service attacks, virus or other malicious software attacks or infections or power failures or failures of your computer systems or networks.
b. In the circumstance that the Force Majeure event lasts for more than one week, either you or we may cancel the Order forthwith by written notice and without any liability other than a refund of a Product already paid for by you and not delivered.
c. If weave contracted to provide identical or similar Products to more than one Customer and are prevented from fully meeting our obligations to you by reason of a Force Majeure event, we may decide at our absolute discretion which Order we will process and to what extent.
d. we reserve absolute discretion on the solution we adopt in fully meeting our obligations under each Order despite the Force Majeure event.
18. TERMINATION
We may terminate your registration or access to this Website immediately if you are in breach of these Terms of Use. Any accrued rights at the date of termination will remain enforceable after termination.
19. GOVERNING LAW
The laws of Hong Kong without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern your use of this Website and any disputes that may arise between you and us at this Website.
20. JURISDICTION
Any dispute arising from and connected with your visit to this Website, the Services or the Products you purchase shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
21. LANGUAGE
In the event of inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms of Use, the English version shall prevail.
II. TAX, DUTIES AND CUSTOMS POLICIES
For deliveries outside Hong Kong, you are responsible for all taxes and duties and custom charges from your local customs. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local Customs for further information. You are considered the importer of the ordered Products and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the Products.
III. INSURANCE
Insurance covers the Net Price per Unit of each Product and provides you a refund if the Product is lost or damaged during shipment. The insurance does not cover delays in delivery or shipment. For deliveries outside Hong Kong, the insurance costs are included in the shipping fees you pay.
IV. DELIVERY SERVICE
1. Delivery Time
Our Business Partners for shipping services are EasyShip and S.F. Express. You may read EasyShip’s and S.F Express’s privacy policy and terms and conditions at https://www.easyship.com/ and www.sf-express.com. All Orders received will be processed within 2 working days of receipt. Upon Order confirmation, customers can expect to receive their Orders within 3 working days for Hong Kong deliveries and 3-4 working days for Macau deliveries. Please note that the above delivery times are not a guarantee of actual delivery times and are estimates only.
We are not responsible for any damage, destruction or loss of the Products or late delivery, wrong or missed pick up or tracking issues with the courier. We are not liable for costs sustained as a result of a change in information on your side, for example, change of shipping address.
2. Shipping Cost
All Orders are delivered by courier service. Total shipping costs will be shown on the Website and the Order confirmation when we confirm your Order.
3. Delivery Territories
We will only deliver our Products toHong Kong & Macau. Shipments cannot be made to P.O. boxes, or locationswhere delivery services are limited by the carrier.
4. Original Invoice
Aboriginal invoice will be enclosed in the Product shipped to you. Please keep the original invoice for any return and exchange of a Product. If for any reason, you do not receive an original invoice, please contact our customer service (email: cs@citychain.com or phone: (852) 2113 2266) within 7 days (from the date when delivery was signed and received) and you will be required to provide the Order confirmation of your purchase of Product. Upon receiving the email confirmation of your purchase of Product, we will send you the re-issued invoice by mail within 7 days.
Aboriginal invoice will be enclosed in the Product shipped to you. Please keep the original invoice for any return and exchange of a Product. If for any reason, you do not receive an original invoice, please contact our customer service (email: cs@citychain.com or phone: (852) 2113 2266) within 7 days (from the date when delivery was signed and received) and you will be required to provide the Order confirmation of your purchase of Product. Upon receiving the email confirmation of your purchase of Product, we will send you the re-issued invoice by mail within 7 days.
V. PAYMENT OPTION AND SECURITY

www.citychain.com implements variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. When you place Orders with us, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypt all information you provide before it is sent to us.
VI. RETURN POLICY
1. Terms of Return
a. Product returns are applicable ONLY for Solvil et Titus.
b. We are unable to refund worn, sized or engraved Products.
c. Under our return policy you may contact our customer services (email: cs@citychain.com or phone: (852) 2113 2266) for return of a Product by mail or at our authorised retailers in Hong Kong. We will not entertain any return of a Product after 14 days from date of purchase under any circumstances.
d. A Product must be returned in its original condition, i.e. in the same condition as when originally purchased with all original packaging materials, accessories, unused warranty cards, instruction booklets, free gift and gift redemptions, if any. If a free gift and/or gift redemption item is not returned, additional charges will be applied.
e. We will determine whether a returned Product is in its original condition (i.e. in the same condition as when originally purchased with all original packaging materials, accessories, unused warranty cards, instruction booklets and gift redemption). Upon receiving your Product, we shall send you an email within 7 working days informing you whether your request for refund is accepted. Our decision will be final.
f. We will determine whether a returned Product is defective, and our decision will be final.
g. Returns for Products purchased at our authorised retailers will not be accepted through this Website.
h. Authorised retailers outside of Hong Kong DO NOT ACCEPT returns for www.citychain.com
i. If your return of Product is accepted, we will refund the Net Price per Unit of each returned Product. The refund will be credited to the original payment account, to the same person who paid for the transaction. Fees including but not limited to the following items will not be refunded:
For Hong Kong deliveries:
i. Costs incurred during the purchase of Product, like fees charged by PayPal and/or credit card issuers, insurance costs and all other related miscellaneous costs incurred for the purchase of the Product will not be refunded.
ii. Costs incurred for the return of Products to us, like shipping costs, any fees charged by PayPal and/or credit card issuers, insurance costs and all other related miscellaneous costs will also not be refunded.
j. We reserve the right to handle any disputes by return of Products, refunds or cancellation of Order.
2. Return by Mail and Procedure for Return by Mail
Please read our Terms of Return carefully before your return.
a. Please contact us through cs@citychain.com or phone: (852) 2113 2266 indicating your invoice number by e-mail to get a Return Authorisation (RA) code before return.
b. When returning a defective Product, please clearly state the defects.
c. The RA code and the address for return will be emailed to you within 3 working days.
d. The Product together with the original invoice and a copy of our email reply (indicating your RA code for return) (“Required Documents for Product Return”) must be posted to us by mail within 7 working days upon receiving the RA code.
e. We will not accept returns without Required Documents for Product Return (For gift purchase without an invoice, please contact customer services through cs@citychain.com).
f. Wrap the package securely and return the Products together with the Required Documents for Return.
g. For your protection, ship your return via a traceable carrier, or a prepaid courier service. All the return shipping charges are to be borne by you. “Collect Charge” shipment will be refused.
h. Please insure your Product for its Net Price per Unit. We are not responsible for the damage or loss for returned Products that are not insured.
i. Send your return package to the address we provide when we give you the RA code. Please DO NOT return the Products to any address in our other documents, or in our Website or we may not be able to trace the return shipment and we will not be responsible for the lost shipment in transit.
j. Once your returned package has been received by us, it is processed and inspected before we proceed in approving or disapproving the return. Upon receiving your Product, we shall send you an email within 7 working days informing you whether your request for refund is accepted.
3. Return at Authorised Retailers and Procedure for Return to Our Authorised Retailers in Hong Kong
Please read our Terms of Return carefully before your return.
a. Please contact us through cs@citychain.com or phone: (852) 2113 2266 indicating your invoice number and preferred authorised retailer for return to get a Return Authorisation (RA) code before return.
b. When returning a defective Product, please clearly state the defect.
c. You may view the list of authorised retailers at the Store Locator.
d. The RA code and authorised retailer’s address will be emailed to you within 3 working days.
e. The Product together with the Required Documents for Product Return must be returned to our authorised retailer within 7 working days upon receiving the RA code.
f. We will not accept returns without Required Documents for Product Return (For gift purchase without an invoice, please contact customer services through cs@citychain.com).
g. After obtaining the RA code, please visit our authorised retailer with the Product and Required Documents for Return. The authorised retailer will conduct an inspection of the Product and fill in the Return Instruction Form to specify the condition of the Product and confirm our receipt of the Product. You are required to sign the Return Instruction Form to acknowledge the details stated in the Return Instruction Form.
h. Once your returned package has been received by us, it is processed and inspected before we proceed in approving or disapproving the return. Upon receiving your Product, we shall send you an email within 7 working days informing you whether your request for refund is accepted.
VII. EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Terms of Exchange
a. Under our exchange policy, you may contact our customer services for exchange of Product within 14 days by mail or at our authorised retailers in Hong Kong. We will not entertain requests made after 14 days.
b. For exchange of Product by mail and at authorised retailer, the Product must be returned in its original condition and packaging (with all hanging tags, warranty card, spare parts, free gifts and gift redemptions, if any), and without any signs of damage, alteration or wear and tear. If a free gift and/or gift redemption item is not returned, additional charges will be applied. We are unable to exchange worn, sized or engraved watches.
c. For exchange of Product by mail and at authorised retailer, a Product can only be exchanged once.
2. Exchange by Mail and Procedure for Exchange by Mail
Please read Terms of Exchange carefully before your exchange.
a. Please contact us through cs@citychain.com or phone: (852) 2113 2266 indicating your invoice number by e-mail to get a Return Authorisation (RA) code before return
b. The RA code and the address for return will be emailed to you within 3 working days.
c. The Product together with the original invoice and a copy of our email reply (indicating your RA code for exchange) (“Required Documents for Exchange”) must be posted to us by mail within 7 working days upon receiving the RA code.
d. We will not accept returns without Required Documents for Exchange (For gift purchase without an invoice, please contact customer services through cs@citychain.com).
e. If your request for exchange is accepted, you are required to make a new Order at our Website.
f. The procedures of Return will be applied. We will refund the Net Price per Unit of each Product. You are required to make a new Order at our Website (please be reminded that you shall only make a new Order after receiving our confirmation of acceptance of your return). Deliveries within Hong Kong are free. Please refer to II. Purchase Procedures, III. Tax, Duties and Customs Policies and IV. Insurance for the new Order Procedures. For other costs incurred in the Return, “Terms of Return” section under Return Policy applies.
g. We will determine whether a returned Product is in its original condition (i.e. in the same condition as when originally purchased with all original packaging materials, accessories, unused warranty cards, instruction booklets and gift redemption) and our decision will be final.
h. After receiving the RA code and address for return by email, wrap the package securely and return the Products together with the Required Documents for Exchange.
i. For your protection, ship your return via a traceable carrier, or a prepaid courier service. All the return shipping charges are to be borne by you. “Collect Charge” shipment will be refused.
j. Please insure your Product for its Net Price per Unit. We are not responsible for the damage or loss for returned Products that are not insured.

l. Once your returned package has been received by us, it is processed and inspected before we proceed in approving or disapproving the exchange. Upon receiving your Product, we shall send you an email within 7 working days informing you whether your request for exchange is accepted.
m. You are responsible for all taxes and duties and shipping costs for the new purchase Order.
3. Exchange at Authorised Retailers in Hong Kong and Procedure for Exchange at Our Authorised Retailers in Hong Kong
Please read our Terms of Exchange carefully before your exchange.
a. Please contact us through cs@citychain.com or phone: (852) 2113 2266 indicating your invoice number, preferred authorised retailer for return, chosen Product to exchange (optional) by e-mail to get a Return Authorisation (RA) code before return. You may view the list of authorised retailers at the Store Locator on this Website. We shall check the availability of your chosen Product.
b. If your chosen Products available, we shall send you the RA code and authorised retailer’s address by email within 3 working days upon receiving your email.
c. If your chosen Products out of stock, we shall suggest other Products for exchange by email within 3 working days upon receiving your email. Please choose another Product for exchange by replying us within 3 working days upon receiving our suggestion. We shall send you the RA code and authorised retailer’s address by email within 3 working days upon receiving your confirmation on the newly chosen Product for exchange. Alternatively, if you do not wish to choose from the suggested Products, please inform us to arrange for refund within 3 working days upon receiving our suggestion.
d. The Product together with the Required Documents for Exchange must be returned to our authorised retailers within 7 working days upon receiving the RA code.
e. We will not accept returns without Required Documents for Exchange (For gift purchase without an invoice, please contact customer services through cs@citychain.com).
f. Our authorised retailers will determine whether a returned Product is in its original condition (i.e. in the same condition as when originally purchased with all original packaging materials, accessories, unused warranty cards, instruction booklets and gift redemption) and our decision will be final.
g. If you and our authorised retailer are unable to agree on the condition of the Product, our authorised retailer will fill in the Return Instruction Form and confirm our receipt of the Product. You are required to sign the Return Instruction Form to acknowledge the details stated in the Return Instruction Form. The returned Product will then be sent to us for inspection which will take 3 to 5 working days. Our decision will be final.
h. If the Net Price per Unit of the Product exchanged is lower than the Net Price per Unit of the Product returned, the difference will not be refunded. If the Net Price per Unit of the Product exchanged is higher than the Net Price per Unit of the Product returned, the difference will be charged to you.
i. After receiving the RA code, address of our authorised retailer and availability of your chosen Product, return the Products (in its original condition, see Terms of Return) together with the Required Documents for Exchange (For gift purchase without an invoice, please contact customer services through cs@citychain.com).
j. Our authorised retailer will inspect the Products. Upon our inspection that the Products are in their original condition and without any signs of damage, alteration or wear and tear, we will arrange for an exchange of your chosen Product. If it is found that the Products do not fulfill the aforesaid conditions, your exchange will be rejected.
VIII. PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products sold by us are covered by the warranty terms offered by the brand. Please refer to the warranty card or warranty booklet for the detailed warranty terms and the warranty period offered by each brand.
The warranty does not cover bracelets, crystals, batteries, wear to the case or moisture damage (if the Product is non-water resistant), nor does it apply if there is evidence of misuse or abuse, including defects related to servicing not carried out by authorized dealers. Products damaged by wear and tear are not classed as a manufacturing defect.
During the warranty period, you may return the Product with postage prepaid or to our authorised retailers. You may view the list of authorised retailers at our Store Locator. If you cannot locate a service centre near you, you may return the Product to us for after sales services by contacting our customer services through email: cs@citychain.com or by phone: (852) 2113 2266 (the Product must be returned with postage prepaid). Please remember to send the Product accompanied with a valid warranty card.
In case of manufacturing defects covered by the warranty, we may arrange to refund exchange the Product or repair the defective part. Exchange will be subject to stock availability.

Gift Packing
If you would like to have gift packing, please indicate in the “order notes” in the “Checkout details” page. To cater for your gift-giving needs, we will ship your purchase in a gift box/shopping bag.
