Do I need to register as Delights memberbefore any purchasing on online store?
Yes, you have to register as Delightsmember to shop online.

Our online store supports the following payment methods

How to use consumption voucher whenshopping in online shop via Alipay payment method?
Please select Alipay payment method when you check out your shopping cart &settle the payment, the balance of the consumption voucher can settle thepurchase.
If the purchase amount exceeds the balance of the consumption voucher, you mayselect a payment method to settle the remaining amount, e.g. Alipay balance,credit cards.

Can I request to deliver goods outsideHong Kong?
The products can be shipped to HongKong, Macau, Australia, Canada, UK & USA.Shipments cannot be made to thelocations where delivery services are limited by the carrier.
How many days does it take for anordered item to arrive?
After confirming your order and payment,the order will be proceeded within 2 to 4 working days.Please note that theabove delivery time is not guaranteed for the actual delivery time. We are notresponsible for any damage, destruction or loss of the Products or latedelivery, wrong or missed pick up or tracking issues with the courier.
Pre-sale and some products may not applyto the above delivery lead time, please refer to the estimated delivery date inthe product page.
During peak periods, it may affect the delivery time due to the high volume oforders, thanks for your understanding.
Do I need to pay for shipping?
Free delivery cost of Hong Kong &Macau delivery is provided for all purchases, all Orders are delivered bycourier service. Total shipping costs outside Hong Kong will be shown on thecheckout page when we confirm your Order.
What does the delivery addressrequire?
Please provide the full address as delivery address, we accept residential,industrial & commercial address, or non-commercial organization address.The delivery cannot be made to the non-permanent address, public area &P.O. boxes. We are not responsible for any problems due to incomplete deliveryaddress provided.
Can I pick up the item by myself?
We mainly use SF Express for courierservice to your delivery address and pick up service.Please provide acommercial or residential address in Hong Kong & Macau for delivery, orplease input the address of SF Express store or EF Locker for self-pick upservice. For more information, please refer to

For high value items, we normally useDHL for the delivery which self-pick up service is not available. Our CustomerService department will contact customers about the delivery arrangements.

Does the product have warranty?
All Solvil et Titus watches sold by usare covered by the warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover bracelets,crystals, batteries, wear to the case or moisture damage (if the Product isnon-water resistant), nor does it apply if there is evidence of misuse orabuse, including defects related to servicing not carried out by authorizeddealers. Products damaged by wear and tear are not classed as a manufacturingdefect.
How should I do with my quartz watch’sbattery run out?
We provide free of charge battery changeservice for all Solvil et Titus watches sold within 2 years from the date ofpurchase.
Can I return or refund my product?
Product Return & refund areapplicable for Solvil et Titus,please refer to the product return terms andprocedures.
